A little bit about me…. Julie Bergeron

Each day I am given the opportunity to help someone relax, loosen sore, tight muscles, lower stress levels or work on a specific issue unique to each person. There is no greater reward than to see a client smiling and relaxed as they leave my studio.

The intent of every massage is to work with each person to achieve their goals. I encourage feedback, what you like or didn’t like. This communication allows me to further tailor the massage to fit your needs. Do you have chronic muscle tension and pain? Are you feeling stressed about work or family issues? Massage is a great way to address many obstacles that prevent you from living life to the fullest.

In 2002 I began my journey to become a Massage Therapist at North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, New Hampshire. It was my good fortune to find knowledgeable and passionate instructors who were willing to share their art. In 2003 I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in New Hampshire and Maine, I also attained National Certification with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. I continue my studies in Neuromuscular therapies, Energy work and Relaxation techniques. Everybody does not respond in the same way so the more knowledge I have the better equipped I will be to help you.

To create an environment with the intent to bring peace and healing energy to everyone who enters. To make each client’s intent for massage my goal, all for the highest goodness. To promote the benefits of massage therapy to all those I come in contact with. Thereby helping to bring peace and health to the world one body at a time.
